1. 국제교류처 국제교류팀에서는 2025학년도 1학기 버디 멘토링 프로그램 운영을 위하여 아래와 같이 선배 버디 추가모집을 진행하고자 합니다.

  가. 모집인원

  나. 모집일정

    1) 모집기간: 2025. 3. 24.(월) 13:00 ~ 2025. 3. 28.(금) 13:00 

    2) 합격자 발표: 2025. 3. 31.(월)

  다. 활동기간: 2025. 4. 1.(화) ~ 2025. 6. 20.(금) 

  라. 활동내용

    1) 체류 관련 활동 지원: 생활 한국어 지원, 공항 픽업, 외국인등록증 신규 발급 및 재발급, 비자 연장·변경, 체류지 변경 신고, 건강검진, 은행 계좌 개설 및 휴대폰 개설 등

    2) 교내 시설 안내 및 교내·외 행사 참여 유도·동행: 캠퍼스 투어, 문화체험, 대동제 기간 부스 운영, 체육활동, 부산시티투어버스 등

    3) 월별 미션 수행(국제교류팀 담당자가 매월 월별 미션 공지) 

  마. 지원사항 

    1) 지급방식 

      가) 한국인 재학생 선배 버디: 비교과 통합 마일리지 형태로 지급(글로컬: 80%, 자기경영: 20%) 

      나) 외국인 유학생 선배 버디: 장학금 형태로 지급

      다) 신입 버디: 장학금 형태로 지급

    2) 수료학생 기본 마일리지/장학금 

      가) 수료 기준: 활동기간 내에 전체 10회 이상 활동, 선배 버디 세부계획서 이행율 80% 이상

      나) 선배 버디: 한국인 재학생 150,000마일리지/외국인 유학생 150,000원 

      다) 신입 버디: 인당 50,000원

   3) 활동 내역에 근거한 추가 마일리지/장학금 지급 기준 

  바. 버디팀당 수료 기준 

    1) 활동기간 중 전체 10회 이상 활동, 매월 최소 1회 이상 활동 

    2) 선배 버디 세부계획서 이행율 80% 이상 

    3) 월말까지 월별보고서 제출(증빙사진 및 영수증 첨부 필수)

    4) 최종보고서 제출(각 월별보고서에 첨부된 영수증의 실물 영수증 함께 제출 필수)

    5) 최종보고서 제출 시 활동보고영상물 함께 제출(영상 길이 최소 1분)

    ※ 증빙사진 및 활동보고영상물에는 원칙적으로 팀 전원이 증빙되어야 하나, 팀원 중 50% 이상이 증빙될 경우 1회 활동으로 인정 

  사. 선배 버디 지원 시 제출서류 

    1) 선배 버디 지원서 1부. 

    2) 선배 버디 세부계획서 1부. 

    3) 서약서 1부. 

    4) 성적증명서 1부. 

    5) 언어 자격증 또는 프로그램 이수증 사본(소지자에 한함) 1부. 

    ※ 제출서류는 한 개의 PDF 파일로 취합하여 제출 

  아. 선배 버디 선발 기준 

    1) 총평점평균 성적우수자 

    2) 외국인 유학생의 경우, 한국어 우수자(TOPIK 자격증 소지자, 사회통합프로그램(KIIP) 이수자, 동계방학 외국인 유학생 TOPIK 특강 수료자) 우선 선발

    3) 세부계획서 내용의 충실도

    1) 한국인 재학생 선배 버디: DAP 시스템을 통하여 신청 및 제출 

    2) 외국인 유학생 선배 버디: 81265@deu.ac.kr(담당자 전자우편) 송부

2. Senior Buddy recruitment details

  A. Number of recruitment: 00

  B. Recruitment schedule

    1) Recruitment period: March 24th(Mon), 2025, 13:00 ~ March 28th(Fri), 13:00

    2) Announcement of successful candidates: March 31st(Mon), 2025

  C. Buddy Mentoring Program running period: April 1st(Tue), 2025 ~ June 20th(Fri), 2025

  D. Details of activities

    1) Support for activities related to stay: Korean language assist, airport pickup, issuance and reissuing of Alien Registration Cards, visa extension or change, report of change of address, assist for medical examination, bank account opening, mobile phone opening, etc.

    2) Guiding on-campus facilities and accompanying on/off-campus events: Campus tours, field trips, operation of booths during Daedongje(university festival), sports activities, Busan City Tour Bus, etc.

    3) Accomplishing monthly missions provided by the International Exchange Team faculty every month

  E. Support matters

    1) Support method: By scholarship (for international students)

    2) Amount of scholarship for program completion

      A) Completion criteria: 10 or more activities within the program running period(proof photos and receipts mandatory), 80% or more of accomplishment of Detailed Plan for Senior Buddy Activity

      B) Senior Buddy: 150,000 KRW provided for completion

      C) Junior Buddy: 50,000 KRW provided for completion

   3) Additional scholarship based on activity history

  F. Criteria for completion per Buddy Group

    1) At least 10 or more activities within the program running period, at least 1 activity per month

    2) 80% or more of accomplishment of Detailed Plan for Senior Buddy Activity

    3) Submission of Monthly Report until the end of every month(Photo and receipt must be attached in the Monthly Report for proof)

  4) Submission of Final Report(The original copies of the receipts must be submitted to the International Exchange Team faculty physically by June 20th(Fri).)

    5) When submitting the Final Report, Activity Video must be submitted together(Activity Video must be at least 1-minute long).

  ※ In principle, the photos in the Monthly Reports must show all members of the Buddy Group. However, if 50% or more members are shown in the photo, the activity can be recognized as 1 whole activity.

    5) Language certificate or program completion certificate (for holders only)

   ※ Submission documents must be collected into one PDF file before submission.

  H. Criteria for successful candidates of Senior Buddy

    1) Average CGPA

    2) Priority for students who hold TOPIK transcripts or application forms, KIIP completion certificates, or have completed the Winter Vacation TOPIK Lecture

    3) Fidelity of Detailed Plan for Senior Buddy Activity
